This device has an echo cancellation feature to prevent remote users from hearing your own echo. If you hear your own echo during the call, it is likely due to the remote user's device not having or having poor echo cancellation functionality.
MeetingFlex is Coolpo's trademark Al technology. Concerning the speakerphone, MeetingFlex pertains to the noise-canceling feature using Al. You can activate it for the microphone and the speaker by pressing the Coolpo logo as instructed on page 3.
The charging indicator light behaves differently depending on whether the device is powered on or off.Device Off: When the speakerphone is powered off, there is no charging light displayedDevice On: If the speakerphone is switched on while charging, the power button light will pulse slowly. This indicates that the device is currently charging.
The PC system's audio device source will automatically select the last USB device connected by default, but different system settings may vary; if the system does not automatically select this device, please manually select it.

No. This device, when making calls, has built-in echo cancellation and human voice enhancement algorithms running synchronously to ensure a good conference call experience. Moving the device or covering the microphone during the call will affect the performance of the AI call algorithm. Therefore, to ensure a good user experience, it is recommended to place the device stably during the meeting and ensure that the microphone and speaker are not covered or blocked by foreign objects.
This device comes with noise reduction and human voice enhancement algorithms, and different conference software often has their own voice enhancement and noise reduction algorithms, so the pickup effect after the superposition of algorithms will be slightly different on different conference software.
